Ingredients

250 grams of white glutinous rice flour

3 tbsp powdered sugar

5 pandan leaves

150 ml of clean water

enough brown sugar for filling

enough salt

1 grated coconut for sprinkling

Heat the steamer, put the dough into the half mold then fill it with the filling, then fill it again with the dough until it is full and steam until cooked.

How to steam using the back and forth technique, steam for at least 5 minutes then turn and steam for 5 minutes

Then remove the putu cake from the mold and serve it
