Here's a recipe for how to make Korean-style Simple Kimchi

INGREDIENTS :

1 large white mustard.
1/2 white radish
4 spring onions
4 cloves of garlic, grated.
1 finger ginger, grated.
KIMCHI INGREDIENTS
6 tbsp chili powder
2 teaspoons table salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup coarse sea salt
enough water

How to make
